iPhone 7 Plus Video / Sky turns pink?

Ok, I've had every single iPhone, so shooting video with it is not something I'm unfamiliar with. I heave read ZERO about this anywhere. When I shoot stills OR video, and include the sky... it turns the BLUE sky completely pink when zoomed. I am including a still here - that is unfiltered. It looks like watercolor because I've zoomed all the way in. I did the same thing while testing with video and zooming rapidly in and out. There is a dramatic jump when it switched internally from the wide to the telephoto camera, and there is a visible change in colors where it begins turning pink on the zoom. Anyone else experiencing this -- or have an explanation why?

Really unusable -- and a shock that nobody else has complained about this.
